27/586 is a Low Pass Filter with a cut off frequency of 30 MHz. Stop band attenuation >60dB from 60-900 MHz. It is recommended for use if you suffer from BCI or TVI interference.
The RM 35/600 is 9 pole Chebyshev Low Pass Filter that is designed to be used for effective harmonic attenuation when transmitting within the 24MHz to 30MHz band. It features low insertion loss of less than 0.15dB and a stopband attenuation of greater than 50dB at 50MHz. Installation is very simple, the filter should be inserted directly at the output of the radio / amplifier and its output connected to the antenna. In the case that an antenna matching network is required the AMU should be connected on the output side of the filter. The Filter is labelled RTX for the Input and ANT for the Output, however it is actually a bidirectional network so can be used also in the opposite orientation without a problem.
Permits the use of the auto radio in reception together with the VHF radio in both RX and TX using only the VHF antenna. This is a passive device and requires no power supply.
